Non-sensitive product support

Open a public support issue for installer failures, reproducible app errors, platform compatibility, or documentation problems that contain no private data.

Include your TypeFlow version, operating system version, what you expected, what happened, and short reproduction steps.

Private account or billing help

Use the private contact form if the report involves an account, billing state, privacy request, vulnerability, or any detail that should not be public. Label non-security requests clearly so they can be routed correctly.

Never include passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, API keys, full payment details, typed content, or unredacted screenshots.

Before reporting

  • Confirm you are using the latest installer from the TypeFlow download page.
  • On macOS, drag TypeFlow into Applications, try to open it once, then open System Settings → Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway.
  • Before opening the macOS DMG, compare it with the SHA-256 checksum linked beside the download.
  • When TypeFlow first needs active-field typing, enable it under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility, then return to the original writable field.
  • For pairing problems, revoke the stale device session and pair again.
  • For active-field typing, leave the original writable field focused and confirm operating-system accessibility permissions are enabled.
  • For Google Docs, confirm the document is editable and complete Google sign-in in the visible authentication window.

Privacy and security
